At Arsenikbutik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Arsenikbutik account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
